Product Manager

About the role

We're looking for a product manager who can move comfortably between client conversations and engineering whiteboards. You'll partner with two or three engineering teams to discover what to build, prioritize ruthlessly, and ship features that customers actually use.

What you'll do

• Run discovery with clients and end users to identify the right problems to solve
• Write clear, opinionated PRDs and break work into shippable increments
• Partner with engineering and design throughout the build process
• Own roadmaps and prioritization across multiple workstreams
• Measure feature impact post-launch and feed learnings back into the roadmap
• Communicate progress and tradeoffs clearly to clients and stakeholders

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B or services context
• Strong written communication — you can write a PRD that doesn't need a meeting
• Comfort with ambiguity and the discipline to cut scope when needed
• Experience working directly with engineering teams in an agile setting
• Data fluency — you can pull, read, and reason about product metrics
• Excellent stakeholder management

Nice to have

• Technical background or comfort reading code
• Experience working with multiple clients simultaneously
• Design sensibility and Figma comfort
