React Native Developer

We build mobile apps for clients in the USA, Canada and India, and we want a React Native developer who cares about how an app feels in the hand: smooth lists, fast start-up, sensible offline behaviour. You'll work with our designers and backend engineers to take apps from Figma to the App Store and Google Play, and keep them healthy after launch.

1. 01Build features for iOS and Android from one React Native and TypeScript codebase
2. 02Turn Figma designs into polished, accessible screens with smooth navigation and animation
3. 03Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, authentication, push notifications and payments
4. 04Handle offline storage, app state and caching so apps stay fast on real networks
5. 05Prepare and manage releases on the App Store and Google Play, including OTA updates
6. 06Profile and fix performance issues, crashes and memory leaks

• 3+ years of mobile development, with at least 2 years in React Native
• Strong TypeScript and React fundamentals (hooks, state management, rendering)
• At least one app you've shipped to the App Store or Google Play
• Experience with React Navigation and a state or data library (Redux Toolkit, Zustand or React Query)
• Comfort debugging on real devices with Xcode and Android Studio
• Clear written English; much of our collaboration is async

• Expo and EAS build and update workflows
• Writing or bridging native modules in Swift or Kotlin
• Firebase (auth, messaging, analytics) or similar services
• End-to-end testing with Detox or Maestro
